Completed in 2001, The Center For Girls constructed in Tampa, Florida consists of a facility that provides programs designed to help young girls, ages 10 & up, transition from childhood and adolescence into healthy adults. The facility gives girls a safe place to go after school and teaches decision-making skills and health education. The programmed spaces include, Counseling rooms, Group rooms, Computer Lab and Kitchen. The approximately 3800 square foot facility was made possible by donated design services and construction materials.
