Completed in 2004, the FishHawk Ranch Aquatic Club constructed in Lithia, Florida consists of a campus of buildings that encircle two community pools. The individual buildings included a Gate House, Club House, Shade Pavilion/Cafe, Bath House and Water Slide Tower. By placing the buildings as close to the property line as possible and up close to the street, a buffer was created between the pools and the public roads. White stucco walls, metal roofs and blue-stained wood elements integrated the various buildings visually. The approximately 9000 square foot facility cost $3,250,000 to construct.
