Built in 2002, this Media Center and ten classroom building was designed to complement the existing Bryan Elementary School Campus in Plant City, Florida.
Sited and âTâ shaped so as to line up with two existing classroom wings, this 16,400 sf. building was constructed for $1.8 million and houses a 4700 sf. media center, seven primary classrooms, three kindergarten classrooms. The building is clad entirely in brick to complement the architecture of the existing historic campus with soldier and header courses.
Subsequent to the successful completion of this building, the design team and contractor also completed a renovation project valued at more than $4 million. This project included the remodel of the old media center into ESE classrooms and campus-wide Architectural, HVAC, and Electrical enhancements.
