Designed as part of the amenities package for a large new urbanist community, this park structure was designed to be used for residential gatherings both small and large.
Designed in a style that compliments both the nearby community clubhouse and the planned multi-family residential buildings flanking the park areas, this structure was carefully located under a canopy of large oaks and within years of the site’s protected wetlands area. Open, inviting, and above all else functional, this structure has been well received by the residents of this new community.
