This Three-Story, 9000 square foot urban infill residential building is located in a historic neighborhood populated with both single and multi-family homes. Nearby apartment buildings, dating back to the 1930’s, heavily influenced the design of this development.

The building is comprised of six spacious homes, each with 1200 square feet of living space. The top four units feature French doors and balconies which provide the residents with scenic views towards Tampa Bay.

Vertical circulation through the building is accomplished in an open-air center breezeway that bisects the building while providing access to residents from both the street and rear (parking) facades.
